Shipping
Orders ship via USPS. Most pieces are made to order, so allow 5–10 business days before your order ships. Tracking is emailed when it leaves.
US shipping is a flat rate at checkout. International shipping is available to most countries; duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or wrong, email within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. No forms.
Made-to-order pieces (apparel, leather) can't be returned for size or change of mind, so check the size chart before you order. Eyewear can be returned unworn within 14 days.
